Life Events:  Chris Etienne gave us a recap of what the Foundation does before Bill Collins and Deanna Klosinski presented Nancy Kohler; MD with a Paul Harris Fellow. Nancy has quite the impressive resume and is very deserving of this award. Thank you to Bill and Deanna
 
Patrick McGee, a member of our Club, who is in Bay View and Key West is ill. He has been diagnosed with small cell carcinoma of the lungs. Currently he is in the hospital in Key West....hopes to return home, under Hospice care, this week. His home address is:  Patrick McGee, 102 Southard Street, Unit 1, Key West, Florida; 33040.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
John Scholten:  John let us know that there is a raffle for Northmen Night, the major fund raiser for the school’s athletic department, of a Polaris Ranger EXT.  John Scholten and Steve Brummeler both have tickets and they are $50.00 a piece
 
Chris Etienne:  Chris also reminded us about the Rotary Foundation’s raffle and the Paul Harris Pool
 
Liz Ahrens:  Liz let us know that a Japanese Drumming group will be at the Middle School next Saturday, the Feb. 6th.  Get tickets and information from Crooked Tree at the following link: https://www.crookedtree.org/event/raion-taiko/?instance_id=2866
 
Mike Snyder:  Mike passed out Spaghetti dinner assignments. The dinner is February 11th with sauce night on February 10th at Bay View Inn
 
Steve Cross:  Steve reminded us about the 1st Thursday social. It is next Thursday, the 4th of February, at City Park Grill, 5:30 p.m.
 
President Dave:  Dave let us know that over 2,000 kids were served by Toys for Tots
 
We have been challenged by the morning club to have a team in their Bowlapalooza
Further info will be coming out. The event is March 18th
 
PROGRAM
Christian Smith introduced our own New Member, Greeter and Pearl Diver Dylan Valade who talked with us about social media and brand awareness for Non-Profits and other organizations. He spoke about company branding; how a company comes up with a brand and a logo that will be the face of the company to the world.
