Visiting Rotarians:  There were four visiting Rotarians Currie Andrews, Nashville, TN; Bob Swanson, Birmingham, MI; Ginger Child Minoletti, Half Moon Bay, CA; and sneaking in from the Morning club, Deb Noblett

Other Visitors:  Mitra and Roya Millar, Ima Williams, Dave Smith and Matt Breed

Song of the Week:  We had Cinderella’s, Courtney Jamison, from the production in Bay View accompanied by Joe Fitzgerald and introduced by Dr. Chris Ludwa, Artistic Director of Bay View. After she sang we were not worthy enough to sing Smile

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Sidewalk Day Sales:  Dennis Kelly will be heading up Sidewalk Sales this year. It will be Friday July 29th. The sign- up sheet went around. Be sure to get your name on the list. It is a great time to see people you only see there and good fellowship with fellow Rotarians

Rotary Programs:  Christian is in need of programs for August 31st and September 7th. If you have someone in mind, please let him know

Diamonds & Denim:  Mike Snyder let us know the best way to get Diamonds and Denim tickets is on the website. Also if you are purchasing a table please have the names of the others at the table when registering. Here is the Link

Semper Fidelis:  Dave Thomas and Dylan Valade will be heading up the Semper Fi Awards Committee. Be sure to see either of them to nominate someone deserving in the club

PROGRAM

We had Valerie from the Library tell us about the millage renewal that will be on the ballot and why we should vote yes. The library is a great asset to the community so please get out and support this effort

Matt Breed and Steve Cross also gave us the info on the millage to purchase a new ladder truck for the Department of Public Safety. This is important to everyone. Again please show your support on August 2nd
