Anyone who spends time in Northern Michigan and considers his or herself young and professional is welcome to join. Most of our members are in their 20's and 30's. There are no membership fees. Some events have participation costs that are not covered by sponsorship. The group formed as an avenue to attract top talent to our area and serve as a resource for young professionals to network and also as a social outlet. The first group meeting was expected to draw maybe 15 people. Instead, over 50 people showed up and there was a lively discussion which ensued about the direction the group should go and it has been expanding its membership and scope ever since.
