Petoskey Rotary Noon Club NEWSLETTER – January 14, 2015

Four Way Test – Thank you Jeff Bodette

Invocation:    Thank You Anne McDevitt.  This invocation was especially inspiring.  It is as follows:
F. Scott Fitzgerald
“For what it’s worth…it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be.  There’s no time limit.  Start whenever you want.  You can change or stay the same.  There are no rules to this thing.  We can make the best or the worst of it.  I hope you make the best of it.  I hope you see things that startle you.  I hope you feel things you never felt before.  I hope you meet people who have a different point of view.  I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.

Visiting Rotarians:   Roy Longworth of Boyne City and Dave Patajik of Stevensville.

Song of the Week:  "Row, Row, Row Your Boat"

Program:  “The Yankees Invade London” or “I survived 11 Days With Herb Carlson.”  David Kaplan and Herb Carlson regaled us with wonderful stories and quips from their adventures.  There were some great photos but, I think we could have done without the one of Herb Carlson in his boxers!  Great laughs!
