Invocation:  Stuart Fenton, out of character with no music, gave us the history of Hanukkah

Life Events:

Club Anniversaries:  Christian Smith and Katie Winslow have been in our club for 3 years

Happy Birthday:  We celebrated a very special Birthday today. Herb Carlson turned 85 on the 19th. Santa brought him a cake and he shared it with all of us

New Member Induction:  Dibby Smith and Jane Millar inducted our newest Member Judy Zorn and her husband Ken

Announcements:

Toys For Tots:  Dave Thomas thanked us all for a very successful Toys For Tots collection again this year. Always great to be sure no child goes without a present on Christmas morning

Salvation Army Bell Ringing:  Jeff Wynder reminded us about Bell Ringing on Friday. Be early for your spot

Calendar Sales:  Bill Collins announced calendars are all out; it will be a good year

Wreaths Across America:  Wreaths Across America was a great success with a good turn out from our club

PROGRAM:

Our very own Howard Richards gave us a big treat by playing some of his arrangements for us. Then, with the help of Judy Zorn, not wanting to wait to get her involved, led us in some Christmas Carols. They were assisted by the Rogier and Winslow children. It was a great way to celebrate

New Member Notification:  The Board of the Rotary Club of Petoskey approved Kevin VarnHagen for membership and this is the second of a two-week notification
