Arbor Day:  The 3 Petoskey Clubs will be planting trees on Saturday April 21. More details to follow

Northern Community Mediation:  Jane Millar gave a thank you for all the support for Northern Community Mediation’s night at the theatre. It was a great success

Bowlapalooza:  Kam Culbertson looking for one more bowler for Bowlapalooza, Steve Brummeler volunteered

STRIVE Program:  Christian Smith gave an update on Strive. They met at the Public Safety garage and had a great meal of brats, hot dogs and hamburgers. Plus, a great overview of what our Public Safety Department does and the number of career opportunities available

PROGRAM:

Christian introduced Cheri Leach, Executive Director at Raven Hill Discovery Center and Holly Sasso new board member

She gave us a great overview of an up-coming event occurring this next summer from Aug 11 – Sept. 23. They were selected to be one of the locations for a Smithsonian Waterways Exhibit. They will be looking for volunteers to help during this time and she asked us to get the word out, so they can get people to come through this exciting exhibit
