John Hurd’s birthday is this week and we sang even though he was not here to hear it. John’s mother passed away this past week so keep him in your thoughts and prayers

Announcements:

Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra:  Judy Zorn gave us the information on the Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra’s concert this Sunday the 21st. Tickets are still available even though the website says it is sold out. This is the Young People's Concert and it starts at 4:00 pm at the Petoskey Middle School

Rotary Polio Awareness Month:  John Scholten let us know that October is Rotary Polio Awareness Month. He will be collecting pledges from the ride for the rest of the month. You can also still donate to the cause. See John for further details

PROGRAM:

Steve Cross introduced our presenter Brenda Scott with Bay Connect. She gave us an overview of the program that provides transportation to seniors in Petoskey and Harbor Springs. You can find out more information at: Link
