President Elect Liz Ahrens was filling in for President Steve Cross and did a great Job! She needs to develop her hoomer though, or at least go searching for it; tell a joke or two. I am willing to bet that Steve gets his from a corny joke website

Visiting Rotarians:  Getting cooler out so our Visiting Rotarian numbers are down.  None today

Announcements:

Toys for Tots:  Dave Thomas let us know that there is still time to bring your Toys for Tots donation. New unopened toy for ages 5-15. They will also accept cash donations

Madrigals Program:  John Scholten let us know that the Madrigals will be at our meeting on December 12th. He is collecting donations of $20 to cover their lunch and make a donation to the group. Julie Saunders takes this donation and provides a scholarship for one of the Madrigals to Bay View. You can give John your dollars next week

Wreaths Across America:  Bob Waldvogel let us know about Wreaths Across America. Forms were on the table to donate to this great program. December 15, 2018 at 11:45 AM, at Greenwood Cemetery

Doug Caldwell’s Retirement Party:  Tim Kaufman let us know that the Petoskey News Review will be have a open house for Doug Caldwell’s retirement on December 11th from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Desserts and a open Coffee bar will be available

PROGRAM:

Melissa Thompson brought us our program of Get To Know Your Rotarians. She had Justin Blohm, Reg Smith and Angie Cranney answer questions. This was a popular program and Melissa will try and do this at least quarterly
