As we gather today, let us reflect on the wisdom of Mark Twain, who said, 'The secret of getting ahead is getting started.' Let these words inspire us to embrace change with courage and action.

Change offers us opportunities to innovate, serve, and uplift our communities. Let us approach change with optimism and determination, guided by our commitment to service above self.

With gratitude for the opportunity to gather in fellowship and service, let us begin this meeting with a shared determination to make a positive impact in the world.
